Shubha S. is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product management. Currently serving as the Director of Software Engineering for BD since September 2022, Shubha specializes in developing innovative cloud-native SaaS solutions that provide actionable data insights. Previously at Oracle from July 2007 to September 2022, Shubha held multiple leadership roles, including Software Development Director and Director of Data Integration Platform Cloud, where responsibilities included leading teams toward agile methodologies, implementing automation processes, and enhancing service integration. Shubha's career also includes significant contributions at Hyperion Solutions, Elance Inc., Open Harbor, and i2 technologies. Educational qualifications include two Bachelor's degrees in Electronics and Communication and a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
