Wendy Anderson

Wendy Anderson has extensive experience in both compliance and real estate sectors. Currently serving as Senior Manager in the Compliance Performance Management Group at BD since June 2014, Wendy has progressed through various roles, including Manager of Business Metrics and Analytics and Senior Business Metrics and Analytics Lead. Concurrently, Wendy has been a Real Estate Sales Representative at HomeSmart International since November 2006, specializing as a Certified Short Sale Property Expert. Prior experience includes serving as a Realtor at US Preferred Realty from December 2001 to November 2006 and as Global Strategic Sourcing Manager at onsemi from June 1997 to October 2003, where strategic consulting and database management were key responsibilities. Wendy holds a BS in Criminal Justice/Social Work from Northern Arizona University and an Arizona Real Estate License from the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business.
