Erin Ishmael

Erin Ishmael is a seasoned sales manager with extensive experience in the mortgage industry. Currently serving as Sales Manager for BECU's Member Direct Mortgage Sales since September 2020, Erin is responsible for coaching a remote team of 10 Loan Officers and managing monthly forecasts for purchase and refinance production. Prior experience includes Sales Manager at Caliber Home Loans, where team revenue metrics were overseen, and Bellevue District Sales Manager at U.S. Bank, where Erin successfully increased purchase production. Additionally, experiences as a Mortgage Banker at JPMorgan Chase and Portfolio Account Manager at Wachovia/World Savings contributed to a strong foundation in mortgage originations and client relations. Erin holds a degree from Washington State University and graduated from Eastlake High School.
