Lisa Beymer currently serves as the Executive Assistant to the Chief People Officer at BECU, a position held since January 2024. Prior to this role, Lisa accumulated significant experience in administrative support and human resources at REI from September 2018 to January 2024, where roles included Executive Assistant and Senior Administrative Assistant for Human Resources. Earlier experience includes serving as an HR Coordinator at Point B from February 2014 to September 2018, and a Sr Legal Administrative Assistant at Starbucks from April 2007 to November 2011. Lisa began her career at Alltel Wireless as an Executive Assistant from April 2000 to April 2007. Lisa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interdisciplinary Visual Arts from the University of Washington, attained between 1992 and 1996.
