Timothy Mathis

Timothy Mathis has extensive experience in talent management and development, currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at Beyond, Inc. since April 2019. Previously, Timothy held various roles at Overstock.com, including Training Department Manager and Senior Learning and Development Specialist from November 2015 to November 2023. Timothy also worked as a Recruiter at Vivint Solar and as a Teacher at St. John the Baptist School, where responsibilities included classroom management and curriculum development. Earlier positions included roles at 1-800 CONTACTS as a Customer Service Representative and at Millcreek Activity Center as a Child Care Provider. Timothy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Utah, as well as additional credentials in management from the David Eccles School of Business.
