Mike O'Reilly

Mike O'Reilly, MBA, SHRM-CP, brings extensive experience in total rewards and human resources, currently serving as Manager of Total Rewards at Cooper's Hawk Winery and Restaurants since November 2016. O'Reilly has held various positions within the organization including Senior Total Rewards Specialist, Total Rewards Specialist, and Benefits Coordinator. Prior to this role, O'Reilly gained valuable experience at Marcus Theatres from October 2007 to November 2016, progressing from Theatre Associate to Theatre Operations Manager. O'Reilly holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Lewis University, as well as a background in General Education from Moraine Valley Community College.
