Formerly a Managing Director at J.S. Held LLC, David specializes in analyzing complex financial transactions related to white-collar crimes across various industries. Notably, David has a distinguished background as an IRS Criminal Investigation Special Agent and has participated in high-profile cases, including testifying as an expert witness in a IRS tax trial that resulted in a "Not Guilty" verdict for the client. David holds an MBA from Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Bristol College.
