Evelyn Gligah is an experienced Payroll Professional with a CIPP qualification and a Bachelor's Degree in Payroll Management from the University of Worcester. Currently serving as Team Leader for HR Transactions & Payroll at Bedford Borough Council since January 2023, Evelyn has previously held key positions including Payroll & HR Transactions Manager and Pay and Transactions Team Leader at Cherwell and South Northants District Councils, as well as Team Leader and Payroll Professional at Milton Keynes Council. Notably, Evelyn played a vital role in implementing the SAP web-based Employee/Management Self Service system while serving as Interim Team Lead at Milton Keynes Service Partnership. Evelyn possesses extensive expertise in end-to-end payroll processing, absence management, and excellent knowledge of SAP systems.
