Sayera Islam

Sayera Islam is an experienced Systems Analyst and Project Manager with a strong focus on social care and financial systems. Currently employed at Bedford Borough Council since April 2019, Sayera leads data migration and implementation projects across various systems, including SWIFT and Liquidlogic. Key accomplishments include facilitating business requirements workshops, developing business process documentation, and spearheading user acceptance testing during the transition to the Adults Social Finance System. Prior to this, Sayera served in multiple roles at Luton Borough Council from 2010 to 2019, including Project Manager for the implementation of the Qlik Sense data visualization platform and Senior Business Systems Analyst for financial systems. Additional experience includes financial systems analysis at HSBC and account management at BT, showcasing a diverse skill set in data management and financial solutions.
