Paola Chang

Paola Chang is an accomplished Occupational Therapist with extensive experience in rehabilitation settings. Currently serving as an Occupational Therapist at Bedford Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation since June 2019, Paola supervises and mentors a team of occupational therapists and assistants, ensuring high-quality patient care. In addition to regular duties, Paola takes on the role of interim Director of Rehabilitation as needed, managing interdisciplinary rounds and administrative responsibilities. Previous roles include positions at Linden Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation, Casa Colina, and Villa Health Care Center, where Paola focused on patient evaluations, therapeutic interventions, and discharge planning. Early career experience includes roles as a Behavior Therapist and involvement in fieldwork across various healthcare environments. Paola holds a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Stanbridge University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of California, Riverside.
