Nicole Campbell

Nicole Campbell, IPMA-SCP, serves as the Director of Human Resources for Bedford County, Virginia, since 2022. Prior to this role, Nicole was the Senior Human Resources Manager for Public Safety at the City of Lynchburg from 2016 to 2022, and held various positions within the Lynchburg Police Department from 2007 to 2016, progressing from Police Officer to Sergeant. Nicole is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Local Government Management from Virginia Tech, expected in August 2024, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminology from the University of Maryland, completed in May 2007, along with training from Dale Carnegie.
