Molly Ornati is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in financial inclusion and climate advocacy. Currently serving as a Climate Campaign Strategist at 350Brooklyn and as the Assistant Director of Financial Inclusion at the Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation since 2016, Molly oversees a team dedicated to empowering individuals and families with financial counseling services. Previous roles include Business Counselor and Trainer at the Business Outreach Center Network, Inc., where Molly supported small businesses, and Director of the Central America Program at Trickle Up, managing financial operations and relationships with multiple NGO partners. Molly's early career includes fundraising for The Fifth Avenue Committee and producing the critically acclaimed PBS series American Cinema. Molly holds multiple advanced degrees from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Hampshire College.

Kennedy and Jacob Javits, Bedford Stuyvesant Restoration Corporation is the nation's first community development corporation devoted to racial equity and Black wealth creation. Restoration is located in historic Bed-Stuy, the heart of Central Brooklyn, and provides a suite of economic mobility services in workforce development, financial inclusion, business acceleration, health and quality of life, community revitaliztion and arts and culture.
