Usman Ahmed currently serves as a Wingman Warden at Wingman Mentors and a School Mentor at City Year UK. With extensive experience in youth work and community engagement, Usman holds several leadership roles including Co-Chair and Vice Chair of the Hope Collective Youth Management Group for the Damilola Taylor Trust. As an active member of various organizations such as the 93% Club at Nottingham Trent University and #iwill, Usman is focused on amplifying youth voices and facilitating social change. Additionally, Usman has a strong background in policing through a Special Police Constable role with Bedfordshire Police and has served in multiple capacities with the National Citizen Service, contributing to program development and youth empowerment initiatives. Currently pursuing a BA Hons in Youth Work at Nottingham Trent University, Usman's educational background includes a Business Administration apprenticeship and notable academic achievements in secondary education.
