Paul Gojkovich

Paul Gojkovich is an experienced real estate professional and entrepreneur currently serving as a member of YPO since May 2023. As the Founder and Managing Partner of Bedrock Communities since January 2014, Gojkovich leads a premier firm that specializes in the ownership and operation of manufactured home communities, leveraging an institutional capital base. Prior to this, Gojkovich held the role of Managing Director at Newmark from June 2005 to December 2013, where responsibilities included directing the entire sales process, underwriting transactions, and fostering business development in the New York City metro area. Gojkovich began a career in real estate at Newmark's Greenwich office after graduating from Duke University with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, gaining experience in various aspects of real estate including landlord agency leasing, property management, construction management, and tenant representation. Gojkovich completed high school at Brunswick School.
