Holly Pranger

Holly Pranger is the Founder and Managing Partner of Pranger Law PC, a role held since 2004, where expertise includes managing thousands of trademarks and litigating various intellectual property lawsuits across over 120 countries. Prior experience includes serving as Trademark Counsel at Nike in 2008 and as an Assistant District Attorney with the San Francisco District Attorney's Office, where trial experience was gained under then District Attorney Kamala Harris. Additionally, Holly worked as an Associate in the Intellectual Property & Entertainment Group at Manatt, Phelps & Phillips LLP from 2001 to 2003. Holly holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from UC San Diego.
