Darcy Dulapa

Darcy Lapico (Dulapa) is an experienced Internal Communications Manager at Bedrock Detroit, where responsibilities include creating, distributing, and tracking internal communications, as well as implementing a new company intranet site. With a progressive career at Bedrock Detroit, Darcy also held positions as Senior Internal Communications Associate, Associate Internal Communications Strategist, and Communications Associate, coordinating communications and producing weekly newsletters for the Rock Family of Companies. Prior experience includes a Communications Intern role at Oakland University and volunteer work as an English Second Language Conversation Partner. Additionally, Darcy served as a Student Journalist during an archaeological dig in Israel, gaining hands-on experience in excavation and social media management.
