Jeana Mercer

Jeana Mercer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Jeana started their career as an Office Assistant at the University of Montana, where they performed clerical duties and maintained confidential files. Jeana then worked as a Receptionist at Idaho Athletic Club, where they managed customer relationships and assisted in membership sales.

After that, Jeana worked at Abercrombie & Fitch as an Assistant Store Manager, where they were responsible for creating an optimal in-store experience, managing human resources, and conducting assessments with senior management.

Jeana then transitioned to Idaho Athletic Club as a Personal Trainer, helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Jeana further expanded their skill set at Bodybuilding.com, where they first served as a Service Representative, guiding customers towards their fitness goals through information and motivation. Jeana was later promoted to a Senior Service Representative, supervising staff, improving strategies, and problem-solving customer inquiries.

Currently, Jeana is working at Bedrosians Tile and Stone as an Outside Sales Representative, introducing the company to the Idaho market, increasing accounts, and promoting new product lines. Jeana also keeps clients informed about pricing, stock levels, and order statuses.

Jeana Mercer earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a major in Marketing and a minor in Media Arts from The University of Montana - College of Business. Jeana attended the university from 2004 to 2008.
