Ewelina Wieczorek (she/her)

Ewelina Wieczorek has a diverse work experience in the recruitment field. Ewelina started their career as a Junior Recruitment Consultant at P2 Recruitment in 2014. Ewelina then joined Randstad Polska in 2015 as a Researcher, eventually taking on roles as a Recruitment Specialist and a Senior Recruitment Specialist. In 2018, they joined ASTEK Polska as an IT Recruitment Specialist before moving to Bee Talents later that year. At Bee Talents, Ewelina has held multiple roles, including Tech Recruiter, Tech Recruitment Team Leader | Recruitment Partner, RPO Service Manager, and currently, they are the Recruitment Profitability Manager. Their responsibilities at Bee Talents have included managing recruitment processes, onboarding new team members, conducting interviews, assisting candidates, and providing support to clients.

Ewelina Wieczorek (she/her) completed their education in the field of sociology. From 2009 to 2012, they attended Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu, where they obtained a licentiate degree in Sociology. Later, they pursued their master's degree from the same university, specializing in Sociology with a focus on relationships in organizations and HR management. Ewelina also holds a certification as a "Specjalista ds. kadr i płac" (HR and payroll specialist) obtained in August 2014 from Stowarzyszenie Księgowych w Polsce.
