Uditi Mittal

Uditi Mittal is a seasoned talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner at H&M Group since March 2022 and as Co-Lead for the Employee Resource Group, The Collective for People of Color. Previously, Uditi worked at DAMAC Properties as a Talent Acquisition Executive and at Richemont as a Talent Acquisition Sourcer, where a six-month secondment as an External Recruiter led to an internal position focusing on luxury jewelry, timepieces, and fashion in the UAE. Uditi's career began as a Recruitment Resourcer at Quest Search & Selection, gaining experience across various sectors, including retail, FMCG, and hospitality, and has included roles at Michael Page, Integreat Center for Special Needs, and the YMCA. Uditi holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Applications of Psychology from Kingston University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Counselling Skills from Middlesex University Dubai.
