Maciej Mazurek

Maciej Mazurek has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. Maciej started their career as an International Recruitment Consultant at PGB Human Resources, where they managed a team of Junior Consultants and conducted recruitment processes. Maciej then took on the role of Team Leader at the same company.

After that, Maciej joined Grupa TENSE as a Junior HR & EB Specialist before transitioning to the role of HR & EB Specialist.

In 2015, Maciej joined Rocket Hive as a Project Lead, where they worked until 2021.

Since 2015, Maciej has been associated with Bee Talents, initially as a Tech Recruiter, conducting full recruitment processes for various IT positions. Maciej later became the Tech Recruitment Team Leader and then the Chief Recruitment Officer, responsible for the overall management and strategy of the Recruitment Team. Maciej's most recent role at Bee Talents was as the Chief Operations Officer, where they were responsible for coordinating the execution efforts of all teams and overseeing strategy, finance, legal, and data areas. Maciej also played a key role in business development, overseeing various marketing activities and engaging with clients and partners. Maciej was promoted to the role of CEO at Bee Talents in 2023.

Maciej Mazurek completed their education in a chronological manner. In 2012 to 2015, they attended The Poznan College of Modern Languages, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business English and IT. Following that, from 2015 to 2016, Maciej attended Kozminski University, specializing in Recruitment & Selection. In 2022, they began their postgraduate degree program at Kozminski University, focusing on Managing Finance, which they will complete in 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Maciej also obtained several certifications. In October 2019, they earned a certification in Managing Performance from LinkedIn. In September 2019, they obtained the Management 3.0 certification from Management 3.0. In May 2019, they completed a certification in Managing Employee Performance from the University of Minnesota. Lastly, in March 2021, Maciej received the Hubspot Sales Management Certification from HubSpot.
