Olga Grzesiak

Olga Grzesiak has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries.

From 2014 to 2015, they worked at AIESEC Polska as a Marketing Team Member and Education Sales Team Member.

In 2013, they joined The TJX Companies, Inc. as a Customer Service representative, where they worked until 2017.

Olga then moved on to Grupa Eurocash, where they started as a Human Resources Intern in 2016, assisting with recruitment processes and coordinating talent programs. Olga later became a Junior Human Resources Specialist, conducting recruitment processes and providing support to managers. From 2018 to 2021, they held the position of Human Resources Generalist, responsible for performance management, recruitment, and personnel support for various departments.

In 2021, they joined netguru as an External Recruitment Partner via Bee Talents for a brief period of two months. Olga also worked at Estimote, Inc. as a Talent Manager, again through Bee Talents, from 2021 to 2022.

Olga'smost recent role, starting in May 2021, is with Bee Talents itself. Olga initially served as a Junior Tech Recruiter, conducting full recruitment processes and providing consultation services. Later, they became a Tech Recruiter, where they closely collaborated with Hiring Managers, supported candidates, and sourced candidates using different methods. Currently, they hold the position of Junior Tech Recruitment Team Leader.

Olga Grzesiak obtained their Bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Poznan University of Economics And Business, starting in 2012 and completing it in 2015. Following this, they pursued further education and obtained a Master's degree in International Business - Management and Finance from the same institution, starting in 2015 and finishing in 2017.
