Vladimir Krdzic

Vladimir Krdzic is an experienced technology and innovation executive currently serving as the Executive Director of Technology & Innovation at BEEAH Group since January 2025. Prior to this role, Krdzic was a Senior Advisor for Group Digital at ADNOC Group and Chief Digital Officer at Petrofac, where responsibilities included developing comprehensive digital strategies and implementing significant technology projects, such as a centralized knowledge mining and AI Hub, which enhanced quality control processes. Krdzic also held the position of Chief Technology Officer, leading major infrastructure transformations across numerous global sites. Additionally, the role of Global Head of Technology, PMO & Finance at Eurobank involved managing business and IT project life-cycles to improve operational efficiency. Krdzic holds an MBA from Alba Graduate Business School and a MSc in Civil Engineering from the University Union Nikola Tesla, supplemented by executive education at Harvard Business School and SDA Bocconi.
