Daniel Rafferty

Daniel Rafferty has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Daniel started their career in 2009 as a Server/Bartender at Jeremiah Bullfrogs Bar & Grill. In 2010, they worked as a Sales Representative for Tru-Green Lawn Care and later as an Admissions Representative for EDMC: The Art Institute of Pittsburgh - Online Division.

In 2012, Rafferty joined Equifax as a Vendor Manager, where they were responsible for assigning appraisal reports and recruiting appraisal vendors. Daniel then worked as a Sales Representative for Custom Earpiece in 2013 and as a Selling Manager for The North Face from 2014 to 2017.

Rafferty entered the healthcare industry in 2017, starting as a Staffing Coordinator at Professional Case Management. In this role, they managed nationwide staffing, scheduling, and onboarding processes. Daniel also served as a Recruiter, responsible for finding quality nurses for healthcare clients.

From 2021 to 2022, Rafferty worked as a Lead Recruiter at Genesis, and from 2022 to 2023, they took on the role of Senior Recruiter at CareerStaff Unlimited. In these positions, they recruited and recommended healthcare professionals for approved positions and provided leadership to recruiting teams.

Currently, Rafferty is the Recruiting Manager at Beecan Health, a position they started in 2023.

Daniel Rafferty's education history includes obtaining a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Colorado, attending from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management at Ohio University, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.
