Karla Valle

Karla Valle has a diverse work experience in the healthcare and financial sectors. Karla is currently serving as the Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer at Beecan Health, where they focus on providing superior patient care through technological investments and nurturing company culture. Prior to this, Karla was the System Chief Financial Officer at Ventura County Health Care Agency, responsible for overseeing financial activities and representing the agency's interests at various levels. Karla also served as the Area Chief Financial Officer at Kaiser Permanente, managing the finances of a large hospital. Additionally, Karla has experience in nursing administrative services, compliance, project management, and distribution planning from their roles at Kaiser Permanente and other companies such as ROBINSONS-MAY | MEIER & FRANK, The Walt Disney Company, and Disney Consumer Products.

Karla Valle completed an Executive Leadership Program in Organizational Leadership at Harvard University in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix in 2012. Additionally, Karla holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business from California State University, Northridge.
