Deanna Martin, MA, LPCC, serves as a Senior Specialist in Employee Experience at Beech Acres Parenting Center since July 2018, where expertise in training and development enhances employee engagement and promotes a culture of learning. Deanna's extensive background also includes leadership roles at Xavier University, where support was provided for student spiritual development and crisis response, and developing youth ministry programs at St. Margaret of York Parish. Deanna holds a Master of Arts in Community Counseling from Xavier University and dual bachelor's degrees in Education from Ohio University.
