Jon Harrington has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Jon started their career at StudentVoice as a Marketing Intern, where they assisted in the creation of customer surveys and collaborated on research efforts.
Jon then joined Home Properties as a Marketing Assistant, where they facilitated the transition to online customer satisfaction surveys and oversaw the integration of furnished apartment listings onto the corporate website. Jon also played a role in developing a Marketing CRM database. Jon later became a Marketing Coordinator, leading cross-functional project teams and analyzing website traffic.
After that, Jon joined the YMCA of Greater Rochester as a Board Member, where they collaborated on marketing programs and assisted in fundraising efforts for Invest in Youth campaigns.
Jon pursued their MBA at the Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester, where they were a candidate from 2011 to 2013.
Jon then joined Unilever as an Associate Brand Manager, working on brands like Lipton, Degree Deodorant, and Pure Leaf. Jon played a key role in developing and launching the Pure Leaf tea assortment.
Currently, Jon works at Beech-Nut Nutrition Company. Jon started as a Brand Manager for the Pouch & Snacks Portfolio and later became a Brand Manager for Digital Commerce. Jon then took on the role of Brand Director for Digital Communications & Ecommerce. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Brand Director for the Infant & Toddler Snacks Portfolio.
Jon Harrington completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with concentrations in Marketing and Financial Analysis at the University at Buffalo from 2004 to 2007. Following that, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing at the Simon Graduate School of Business, University of Rochester, from 2011 to 2013.
