Sizhu Wu's work experience begins in 2017 with a role as a Marketing Planning Intern at a company called 滴滴. In this position, Sizhu managed a team to build customer promotions, resulting in a 1.5% increase in ride-hailing requests in Shanghai. Sizhu also proposed and executed two successful marketing campaigns that improved geolocation accuracy and decreased complaint rates.
In 2018, Sizhu worked as a Market Development Assistant at Chongqing Dadi Garden Design Engineering Co., Ltd. Here, Sizhu conducted interviews and surveys with clients, analyzed their preferences using SPSS, and increased the quarterly new customer acquisition rate by 15%. Sizhu also enhanced brand equity and client relationships, resulting in a 10% improvement in Net Promoter Score (NPS). Additionally, Sizhu assisted the marketing director in integrating industry information and performing competitor analysis.
Most recently, Sizhu worked as a Marketing Analyst (Practicum) at Beech-Nut Nutrition Company starting in 2020. In this role, Sizhu devised a marketing mix plan using Excel, Python, and Tableau to increase pouch puree sales by 5% in the next two years. Sizhu also conducted scanner data analysis to identify challenges and opportunities, analyzing various metrics for over 970 products in nine regions of the US.
Sizhu Wu pursued a Master of Science degree in Marketing Analytics at the University of Rochester from 2019 to 2020. Prior to this, from 2014 to 2018, Sizhu Wu completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Relations and Advertising at BNU-HKBU United International College.
