Caitlin Phillips

Caitlin Phillips is an accomplished sales professional with significant experience in management and business development. Currently serving as an Area Sales Manager at Beechwood Sales and Service since December 2015, Caitlin employs innovative strategies to enhance retailer relations and drive market growth, while leading a sales team to optimize promotions and key account development. Previously, as a Business Development Manager, Caitlin successfully facilitated the growth of craft portfolio products in the Madison area. Prior experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Brocach Irish Pub and Restaurant, where Caitlin supervised a team of 40 employees and managed front and back-end operations. Caitlin’s career began as a Library Assistant at The San Diego Museum of Art, supporting research and managing acquisitions. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in History from UC San Diego and studies at the University of Kent.
