Leo Huang

Leo Huang, P.Eng., PMP, LEED Green Associate, is a seasoned Senior Project Manager in Land Development at Beedie since November 2021, with a rich background in project management and engineering. Prior to this role, Leo held various positions at the City of Richmond, including Project Manager in Development and Engineering Design & Construction, where responsibilities included managing design reviews, overseeing capital infrastructure projects, and leading technical teams. Additional experience includes roles as Project Coordinator at EllisDon, Field Engineer at PNR Railworks, and Assistant Project Coordinator at Formosa Plateau Development, with early career experience as a Junior Engineer and Labourer. Leo earned a BASC in Integrated Engineering from The University of British Columbia from 2009 to 2013.
