Jay Walker

Jay Walker is currently serving as the Senior Land Development Project Manager at David Evans and Associates, Inc. Previously, Jay held roles such as Kimley-Horn Practice Builder, Principal and Owner at AllTerra Consulting, Director of Predevelopment Services at Brighton Corporation, and Project Design Engineer at Parametrix. Jay holds a Masters degree in Engineering from Brigham Young University.
