Robert Ortega

Robert Ortega is a seasoned artist in the gaming industry with a robust background in character and concept design. Currently serving as a Senior Artist at Beef Noodle Studios since October 2024, Robert previously held the position of Senior Principal Artist at Perfect Storm Studios from September 2022 to September 2024. Prior to this, Robert was the Lead Concept Artist at Playable Worlds from May 2020 to September 2022, and an Illustrator at TeeTurtle between March 2019 and April 2020. Robert's teaching experience includes a role as an Adjunct Professor of Character Design at Laguna College of Art and Design in early 2018. Earlier positions include Weapon Concept Artist at LEVEL-5 International America Inc., and various contract roles at Riot Games and Pocket Gems, focusing on champion and hero concept art for prominent titles. Robert holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Entertainment Design from Laguna College of Art and Design, completed in 2013.
