Erika Kelleher

Erika Kelleher has extensive experience in talent acquisition and executive recruiting. Erika is currently the Head of Talent Acquisition at Beehive Industries, where they started in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at H2 Clipper, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition specialist starting in February 2021. From 2012 to the present, Erika owned Executive Recruiting Group, a boutique firm specializing in executive search, recruiting, and placement. Erika also worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Boom Supersonic, a Denver-based startup, from January 2019 to August 2021. Before their entrepreneurial venture, Erika was an Executive Recruiter at Express Employment Professionals for nearly twenty years. Erika achieved impressive results during their time there, becoming the top billing recruiter for both permanent placement and contract staffing for multiple consecutive years.

Erika Kelleher completed their high school education at Ridgefield High School. Following this, they attended Salve Regina University from 1989 to 1991, where they did not earn a degree or specialize in any specific field of study. Subsequently, they pursued their higher education at the University of Rhode Island from 1991 to 1993, where they obtained a degree in Communications.
