Atul Pandey

Atul Pandey has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Atul currently holds the position of Business Unit Head at Beekay Group, starting in November 2022. Before this, they worked at Fleetguard Filters Pvt. Ltd. where they held multiple roles. Atul started as an Area Growth Professional in February 2009 and was responsible for maintaining company SOPs and increasing the range or count of TLSD for all four distributors' areas. Atul then became a Team Leader in July 2015, where they planned and monitored the performance of a team to achieve sales targets in the Filters and Spare business. In April 2019, they transitioned into the role of Product Manager, developing and implementing strategies to grow the organization's business and market share, as well as identifying target accounts for new business opportunities. Prior to their time at Fleetguard Filters, Atul worked at The Waxpol Industries Limited as a Technical Field Officer from September 2005 to February 2009, where they developed the Lubricant business and appointed new dealers.

Atul Pandey obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sociology from Careers for Youth in Varanasi, completing their studies between 1994 and 1996.
