Brian Wilson is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in data security and contact center management. Currently serving as a Data Security Information Analyst and previously as Manager of Information Technology Support Services at Beeline since June 2017, Brian has also held positions at IQNavigator + Beeline as a Help Desk Specialist and at Sunward Steel Buildings, Inc. as Contact Center Manager, where responsibilities included developing a large outbound contact center and implementing communication software. Brian's earlier role as Contact Center Project Manager at S4 Ventures involved managing technical project operations for multiple contact centers in India and overseeing Windows systems support. Brian holds a degree from Bowling Green State University.
