Crystle Brenny has extensive experience in client solutions and human resources, currently serving as a Senior Client Solution Analyst at Beeline since February 2012, where responsibilities include leading a team, managing client relationships, and enhancing operational processes. Prior to this role, Crystle held various HR positions at CSX, culminating in the role of Human Resource Specialist, where key tasks involved recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor agreements. Crystle’s career began with a Management Trainee program at CSX, leading to expertise in labor relations and FMLA administration. Crystle holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida and an Associate's degree in Business Administration from Gulf Coast State College.
