Karen Sawyer is an experienced executive with a strong background in revenue generation and client solutions across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Revenue Officer at Beeline since September 2025, Karen previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at Accelo from March 2024 to September 2025. At People2.0, from September 2020 to March 2024, Karen was responsible for driving growth in the Americas within the Mass Talent, Consulting, and Compliance practice areas. Karen has also held senior leadership positions at talentReef, TalentWave, IQNavigator, LOLA, and Amante Coffee, demonstrating a consistent trajectory of increasing responsibility in sales and customer success. Karen holds an education from the University of Denver - Daniels College of Business and completed The Leadership Investment's Leadership Ascent Program in 2013.
