Kirill Astakhov

Kirill Astakhov has extensive experience in project management and strategy within the customer care sector, currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office at Beeline Russia since 2015, following a role as Senior Strategy Manager in the same department. Prior to this, Kirill worked at OAO Navigation Information Systems (NIS GLONASS) from 2010 to 2014 as a Strategy Analyst in the Corporate Strategy Department. Early career experiences include internships at Standard & Poor's in public finance and at Norilsk Nickel as an analyst. Kirill holds a PhD candidacy in geography of world economic and financial crises and a degree in economic, social and political geography from Lomonosov Moscow State University, where studies took place from 2004 to 2012.
