Krista Posey, MAcc

Krista Posey, MAcc has a wealth of experience in the finance and accounting fields. Krista began their career in 2008 as a Mortgage Collector, Banker, and Risk Ops Analyst at Chase Bank, where they educated customers on their financial statuses, developed tailored payment plans, and prevented foreclosures, repossessions, and late payments. In 2012, they moved to AT&T Mobility, where they served as a Retail Sales Consultant, prospecting new clients, identifying business development opportunities, driving sales, and maximizing revenue. Krista achieved top sales representative every month. In 2015, they joined Republic Services as a Division Accountant, managing all aspects of accounting including general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, accruals, and journal entries. In 2017, they were hired by American Electric Power as a Security Project Manager/Transmission Project Coordinator, assessing projects' viability, monitoring spend, tracking budget, and leading PRB funding preparation. In 2021, they were hired by Family Tree In-Home Care as a Staff Accountant. Currently, they are a Vendor and Accounts Payable Manager at BeeperMD.

Krista Posey, MAcc received their Bachelor's degree in Business Forensics from Franklin University in 2011, after studying there from 2008 to 2011. Krista then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Phoenix, which they completed in 2013.
