Chaislyn Preder

Chaislyn Preder has a diverse background in the food and beverage industry, combined with significant experience in sales coordination. Currently serving as the Sales Program Coordinator at Beer Capitol Distributing, LLC since August 2021, Chaislyn manages the sales program, including a pay-for-performance system and supplier invoicing. Previous roles at Beer Capitol include Sales Analyst & Marketing Support Specialist and Business Office Assistant. Chaislyn has also held managerial positions in the food and beverage sector, such as Food and Beverage Manager at the Cambria Hotel in Milwaukee and Special Events Coordinator at Gaylord Hotels. Earlier experiences include being the Head Chef at Lucette Woodfire Eatery and roles as a bartender/server and line cook, alongside formal education in Culinary Arts and Hotel, Restaurant, and Tourism Management from Moraine Park Technical College and University of Wisconsin-Stout, respectively.
