Kim Luiten

Kim Luiten is an experienced operational manager with a strong background in team leadership and account management within the cleaning industry. Currently serving as Operationeel manager specialisten at Beercoo Schoonmaakgroep since June 2012, Kim oversees three specialist teams and approximately 70 cleaning staff, managing key accounts and ensuring client satisfaction for over 1,000 customers. Previous roles include Office support Manager/Casemanager verzuim and Regiomanager, where responsibilities included leading administrative teams, managing employee absenteeism, and supervising hundreds of cleaning personnel. Kim started with H en K Koeriersdiensten as a co-owner and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management, economics, and law from Inholland University of Applied Sciences.
