Juan José Arévalo Vila has had a varied career in sales and marketing, beginning in 2005 as a Sales Representative for Ambev. In 2006, they became Responsible for the Lenticular Advertising Business Unit of Packaging Products del Peru. In 2007, they joined Editorial Norma- Grupo Carvajal as Head of Product and Special Businesses. From 2015 to 2020, they held various roles at Librerías Crisol, including Head of Corporate Sales and Head of Crisol Plan Lector. In 2019, they became Co-founder and Country Manager of Plataformas Educativas SAC. Additionally, they have held teaching roles at ISIL and Universidad Privada del Norte (UPN). In 2020, they became Sales Manager Perú, Partner Comercial en BeeReaders, and Country Manager Perú.
Juan José Arévalo Vila obtained their Licenciatura in Ciencias de la Comunicación from Universidad de San Martín de Porres between 1998 and 2002. Juan José then completed an Especialización en Dirección de Marketing y Gestión Comercial at Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas between 2007 and 2009. In 2021, Juan José Arévalo Vila obtained certifications from HubSpot in both HubSpot Sales Software and Inbound.
