John Castrillon

John Castrillon has extensive experience in sales and project management within the manufacturing and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Sales and Aftermarket Manager for John Crane in Chile and Peru since May 2007, John has also held various sales management roles within John Crane Colombia, including Regional Sales Manager for the Central and Northeast Regions. Prior to this, John worked as a Pumps Project Engineer and Sales Engineer at John Crane. Earlier career experience includes serving as Production/Maintenance Manager at Industrias Lehner and Maintenance Engineer at Ecopetrol S.A. John holds a Master's in Business Administration from Universidad Externado de Colombia, along with multiple certifications in strategic sales and Six Sigma. Academic qualifications also include a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Technologist qualification in Electricity from Universidad Tecnológica de Pereira.
