Luis Gringras has over 28 years of experience in the business and technology sectors. From 1992 to 1997, they were the Manager of Administration and Finance at Constructora Cosalco s a. From 1993 to 2000, they were the Manager of Operations at Imagex and Intcomex. From 2000 to 2002, they were the Manager of Administration at Ubinet. From 2002 to 2009, they were the Sub-Manager at FASA, responsible for the profitability of mass consumption and retail categories. From 2009 to 2010, they were the Business Manager at 5àsec, where they developed and implemented business models, commercial strategies, and management control. From 2010 to 2020, they were the Co-Founder at Roma Evaluaciones, where they developed and commercialized technological devices for evaluations associated with pedagogical content. Finally, they are the Co-Founder and COO at BeeReaders Inc., a research-based digital tool that can quickly improve reading comprehension skills among Spanish speaking students.

Luis Gringras obtained their MBA from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile in 2004-2005. Luis also completed a Diplomado en Liderazgo, Estilo y Acción from Universidad de Santiago de Chile in 1997, with a focus on Coaching y Liderazgo. Lastly, they obtained their Ingeniero Comercial from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 1985-1991, with a focus on Administración de empresas.
