Tâmara Lima

Tamara Lima has a diverse work experience. Tâmara is currently working as a Supply Ops Analyst at Woba since March 2022. Before that, they worked at Hilab from January 2020 to January 2022. During their time at Hilab, they served as a Customer Success Specialist, where they managed a portfolio of 70 clients in the healthcare sector. Their responsibilities included mapping and monitoring client journeys, facilitating contractual processes, onboarding new operations, analyzing sales performance, providing consultancy to pharmacy and laboratory teams, conducting campaigns for sales improvement and retention, managing logistics, analyzing KPIs, monitoring NPS, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to address client demands. Prior to Hilab, they worked briefly as an Assistant Commercial Support at Uber from May 2019 to October 2019. Tâmara also gained experience in the public sector as an Assistant in Forensic Sciences at the Government of the State of Ceará from September 2018 to January 2019. Tâmara had previous internships at Hospital Multiclinico de Diagnóstico and Hospital e Maternidade Dra. Zilda Arns Neumann, both in 2018, where they worked as a Biomedical Intern.

Tâmara Lima attended Faculdade Pitagoras from 2015 to 2019, where they earned a degree in BIOMEDICINA with a focus on Saúde - Laboratório de Análises Clínicas e Pesquisa Médica. In 2022, they enrolled at Descomplica and completed an MBA in Gestão Estratégica de Projetos e Metodologia Ágil. During the same period, they also pursued a Pós-graduação Lato Sensu in Business Intelligence at Descomplica.
