Deepika Hebbalalu

Deepika Hebbalalu has held various roles throughout their work experience. Deepika began their career at Miami University as a Student Orientation Undergraduate Leader in 2013, followed by a role as a Resident Assistant from 2014 to 2015. Deepika then interned at Macy's in 2015, where they assisted with the rollout of Sick-Pay policies and managed company Paid Time Off practices.

In 2016, Deepika joined Nielsen as an HR Emerging Leaders Associate before transitioning to an HR Business Partner role in 2018, supporting Nielsen's Global Media Business. Deepika'sresponsibilities included talent management, compensation strategy, performance management, career development, and organizational planning and strategy. Deepika continued in this role until 2019.

From 2019 to 2022, Deepika worked at ZX Ventures, initially as a Global Manager, People (HR Business Partner) before taking on roles in talent management and development, engagement, performance, and inclusion. Deepika focused on various aspects of employee experience and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Most recently, Deepika joined BEES in 2022, where they have held positions as a Global Manager and Director of People Business Partner. Deepika is responsible for partnering with leadership to support all people and organization-related decisions on a global scale.

Deepika Hebbalalu holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology from Miami University. Deepika also has a minor in Human Capital Management & Leadership from the same institution. In addition to their academic qualifications, Deepika has obtained certifications such as the LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education, and the Miami University miniMBA.
