Guilherme Avelar serves as the Global Director of Product and Engineering for BEES Frontline, leading a team of over 150 professionals in the development of innovative delivery solutions across multiple countries. With experience at BEES in roles ranging from Senior Global Product Design Manager to Senior Product Designer, Guilherme has consistently focused on enhancing platforms for bar, restaurant, and market owners. Additional professional experiences include serving as CMO for Red Devils Esports, where the organization achieved a top 8 ranking in Brazil, and Senior UX Designer at Lowe's, where user-centered designs were developed to optimize supply chain processes. Guilherme's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Winthrop University and an Associate of Arts in Business from Peninsula College.
