Kristina Deighan

Kristina Deighan is a seasoned professional in talent management and organizational development, currently serving as Talent Principal at Airbus Ventures since July 2024. Previously, Kristina co-founded Verteel from January 2023 to July 2024 and held various roles at AB InBev, including Global Director of BEES and Partner (Global Director) of People at ZX Ventures. Earlier experience includes positions at Citi, where Kristina focused on global campus recruiting and talent strategy, as well as roles at the International Labour Organization and Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. Kristina holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and a BS in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
