Manuel J. de Haro has a long history of work experience. Manuel J. began their career in 1995 as a Software Engineer for Services Companies. In 1998, they became a Business & IT Consultant for Europa Management Consulting. From 2000 to 2008, they worked for Telecom Media & Networks / Capgemini España, starting as a Senior Consultant and eventually becoming a Manager. Manuel J. then moved to Altran España in 2008, where they were an Operations Director for the Financial Services Division and a Senior Manager. In 2015, they became a Senior Manager for ÁlamoConsulting. Since 2017, they have been an Advisory Product Manager / IT Solution Manager for Huawei Technologies, focusing on Business Development activities (Presales) related to Digital Transformation, ICT, ITO, Vass/NGIN and 5G, Big Data, AI, Data Center Solutions and Cloud, and IT Transformation and ITO services. In 2021, they became a Project Manager & Client Partner for Beesion.

Manuel J. de Haro has a comprehensive education history. Manuel J. obtained a Bachelor Degree in Computer Science from the Universidad de Granada in 1989-1995, followed by a Certificado de Aptitud Pedagogica from the same university in 1994-1995. Manuel J. then completed an Expert degree in IT Service Management based on ITIL and ISO 20000 from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. in 2008-2009. In 2010-2011, they obtained a PDD from IESE Business School. In 2016, they completed an Expert degree in New Digital Business Models from the Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia - U.N.E.D. Lastly, they are currently pursuing a ThePowerMBA Program in Business Expert - Management and Business Administration from ThePower Business School, which they began in 2020.
