An Van Dam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the ICT sector. Currently, An serves as the Account Manager for BeeSmart België since September 2021, while also functioning as the Founder and CEO of iTLan, a company specializing in ICT consultancy, since May 2021. Additionally, An has held the position of ICT Coordinator at Stedelijk Onderwijs Vilvoorde since January 2010 and was the Founder and COO of Grafisoft from June 1998 to February 2023. An's early career includes providing education and IT lessons to children in a non-profit organization from 1992 to 1998. An holds a Master's degree in Politics and Socials from the University of Antwerp, completed between 1988 and 1992.
