Rajesh Pagadala

Rajesh Pagadala has over 25 years of experience in the fields of technology, construction, and real estate. In 1991, they began their career as a Research Associate at Arizona State University. In 1994, they became a Project Manager at PBS&J, where they gained experience in the design and construction of bridges. From 1999 to 2001, they were a Technology Consultant at Hotoffice.com and a Co-Owner at Dollar General. In 2000, they became a Senior Technology Consultant at Encore Development. In 2005, they became the Group Managing Director at Aditya Construction Company. From 2007 to 2010, they were the Owner/Executive Director at BeetleRim Technologies Private Limited and the Executive Director at Global Parameters, which was acquired by a USA based Digital Marketing Company. In 2010, they became the Managing Director at Pagadala Constructions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for the strategic growth of the business. Finally, in 2016, they founded and became the CEO of BuildersMART.in, an online/offline platform for procurement of building and construction materials.

Rajesh Pagadala completed their high school education at LEM Guntur from 1982 to 1985. Rajesh then attended R.V.R. College of Engineering and Technology, Guntur, AP from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering. From 1991 to 1993, they attended Arizona State University and earned a MS in Civil Engineering.
